About our CNC shop and capabilities:

Milling:
Our In house manufacturing has a comprehensive CNC milling facility. Our skilled engineers develop quality milled components and turned parts to customer drawings and specifications.

Turning:
We offer CNC turning services and CNC machining of precision components that serve various industries such as Defence, Optics, Pharmaceutical, Machinery, Automotive & more. Our experienced staff works for perfection using well-maintained four or five axis vertical cnc machines and CNC turning centers.

Grinding:
We use latest CNC grinding technologies for various grinding applications by different grinding processes such as cylindrical, surface and tool grinding.

Honing:
Our honing machine products are engineered and manufactured to optimize the performance of a variety of finishing processes.

Fabrication:
We are capable to fabricate top quality components from wide range of materials including ferrous and non-ferrous materials also teflon and titanium all to your exact designs.

Welding:
Our welders are well-trained and experienced in manufacturing bespoke frameworks with the use of latest CAD, CAM technology.

Assembly:
At Bradley Ontario Precision Inc. we offer complete solution for manufacturing the precision components according to your requirements. We also offer assembly service for components/parts made on site.
